Day 1 The first day

Free pick-up time for groups flying from your hometown to New York City at JFK, LGA, and EWR airports: 8:30am-12:00am (flight arrival time at the airport). The tour guide will arrange for you to take the nearest shuttle bus with other group members to leave the airport. When you arrive at New York Airport, domestic flights are waiting at the baggage claim area for that flight, and international flights are waiting at the exit.

If you arrive at JFK, LGA, or EWR airports before 12:00pm, you can take an in-depth morning tour of Manhattan (maximum 4 people). JFK, LGA Airport: Guests arriving between 12:00pm and 17:00pm can enjoy a special tour of Flushing, where you can taste delicious food, leisurely shop, and learn about local Asian life and culture. Free luggage storage service is provided during the period. For flights arriving after 17:00pm, we will arrange a shuttle bus to the hotel based on the number of people and flight arrival time. EWR Airport: Guests arriving after 12:00pm will be picked up and sent back to the hotel to rest. The hotel check-in time is after 15:00pm. If you arrive at the hotel early, you need to wait for room arrangement.

No flights: Guests who arrive in New York in advance can go to the three major airports and the two Chinatown meeting points by themselves and wait for the shuttle bus to be sent back to the hotel.

Remarks:

  • Guests who enjoy free pick-up from the airport or get on the bus in Manhattan or Flushing do not receive a $10/person tip, which will be collected by the tour guide one day before the end of the trip.

  • Manhattan morning tour requires at least 4 people.

  • Any flight delays due to weather or other reasons prevent passengers from arriving within the free pick-up time, and a pick-up fee will be charged ($120 for 1 or 2 people, $10 for each additional person from the 3rd person onwards, tip included) , or go to the hotel by yourself.

3. Yale is 78 miles from New York and 138 miles from Boston.

The Boston in-depth tour cannot be participated after leaving the group in New York. It can only be participated in flights after 3:00 PM in Boston. It requires 4 people to travel.

(2) Our tour guide will meet you at airport baggage claim area for domestic flights and at the exit area for international flights.

***All attraction admissions, meals, gratuities and personal expenses are not included in the tour fare.

Attraction description:
(1) You cannot bring your own tickets or use City Pass for the whole journey. You need to buy them from the tour guide in the group, and the tickets must be paid in cash.
(2) Guests who do not participate in the New York city tour need to arrange their own transportation to and from the hotel, or pay $40 per person to take a group vehicle to and from the hotel.
(3) If free tourists want to cancel their trip, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. If you do not show up on the departure date, we will charge a penalty of $260.
(4) The order of sightseeing in the itinerary may be adjusted due to actual conditions.
(5) The activity time and distance in the tour itinerary may vary due to actual circumstances, and the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
(6) If the scenic spot is closed or closed on holidays, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation.
(7) Ticket prices and attraction opening hours will be adjusted due to season without prior notice.
